Missouri Evening Primrose typically grows 8-14″ tall and features very large, mildly fragrant, bright yellow flowers. The flowers open for only one day usually starting late afternoon and remaining open until the following morning. although the individual flowers are short-lived, bloom time can last well over 2 months in the right conditions.  Easily grown in average, well-drained soil in full sun. Tolerates poor soils, drought and some light shade
