White Goldenrod is a short prairie plant with white daisy-like blooms. Flowers are arranged in flat umbels that sit atop reddish stems. Bloom time is late summer to early fall and lasts one to two months. This plant was formerly classified as an Aster species, but has since been found to hybridize with several goldenrods, lending to the reclassification.
